- Parking for 2 Vehicles - Pinnacle Port HOA now requires $30 per vehicle per stay. Guests are required to pay this fee prior to check-in to receive parking passes.
- Pinnacle Port boat slips - first-come, first-served, $20 per slip, max 2 per stay. Boat slips are located on Lake Powell. Guards place a sticker on the boat and the fee will be paid at the front desk. The boat trailer can be parked at the end of the parking lot near the tennis court.
- Pinnacle port offers recreational items free of charge: tennis rackets, tennis balls, pickleball sets, extra paddles, bocce balls, shuffleboard discs + sticks, horseshoes, cornhole sets, basketballs, footballs, volleyballs, soccer balls, and air pumps for flats. Visit the office to sign these items out at the rental desk for no cost.
