The space

Located in an exclusive private residential complex of only 15 villas, this property is set in a privileged enclave facing the coast of Almuñécar, also very close to its charming historic center. Situated on one of the most beautiful beaches in the area, recognized for its crystal-clear waters and blue flag, the villa stands out for its avant-garde architecture and its open and bright design. Its large windows allow you to enjoy panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea from practically all the rooms.

As an additional experience, it is also possible to enjoy a private 37-foot catamaran and large sunbathing areas, ideal for spending the day with family or friends, whether in the bay of La Herradura or in small coves along the coastline accessible only by sea.

The villa has an approximate surface of 357 m², southeast-facing and distributed over several floors, designed to offer comfort, privacy and privileged views of the Mediterranean Sea. On the main floor there is a spacious and bright open-plan area that integrates the living room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances. On the first floor is the master bedroom, equipped with a king-size bed and an elegant en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower. From here there is access to a private terrace with pergola and a jacuzzi for four people, from where you can enjoy stunning sea views. On this same floor there is a second bedroom with a queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom, Mediterranean views and direct access to the terrace.

The ground floor houses two additional bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a queen-size bed, both with en-suite bathrooms, designed to offer comfort and privacy to all guests.

Just 45 minutes from the city of Granada, where you can visit the Alhambra with its palaces and gardens, as well as the Generalife and Albaicín. You can also enjoy between November and May the incredible ski slopes of Sierra Nevada just 1 hour and a half from the accommodation.

Important: In accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021, all accommodations in Spain are required to register each guest and send the information to the authorities. Therefore, before accessing the property, it will be necessary to complete a form with the guests’ details.

Security deposit: A security deposit is required and is charged before the start of the stay. This amount is automatically and fully refunded within 24 to 72 hours after check-out, provided that no damage or incidents have been detected in the property.

We accept pets as long as they are not classified as potentially dangerous and limited to one pet per property. Unfortunately, we do not accept cats.
