Located high up on the third floor, this two-bedroom apartment has gorgeous views over the River Fowey. It’s perfect for couples or small families seeking a relaxing Cornish getaway. Within 0.5 miles, you can stroll through streets dotted with independent boutiques, galleries and restaurants. A scenic 1-mile walk leads to Readymoney Cove, a sheltered sandy beach watched over by a 15th-century fort with spectacular coastal views. Further afield, take the Bodinnick car ferry (150 metres) for easy access to hotspots like Looe (12 miles), or board the Polruan Ferry (0.4 mile) for a day trip to the pretty village famed for its boat-building heritage. For a scenic walk, follow the South West Coast Path east and enjoy a picnic and spot of paddling at Lantic Bay (2.7 mile). Venture to the world-famous Eden Project (7 miles) or check out Charlestown’s historic harbour (7 miles) for memorable days out.

The inner hallway first leads to two comfortable bedrooms: an inviting double and a further small double, as well as the family bathroom, which features a shower over the bath. Further on, the property opens out into a bright and airy living space combining a kitchen, dining and lounge area. The kitchen, complete with wood-effect units, has everything you need to prepare meals and picnics. Floor-to-ceiling dual-aspect windows flood the main room with natural light and give way to sweeping river views. The apartment is dog-friendly too, with thoughtful touches like a dog bed, bowls, treats and towels, plus throws to keep your furry companion cosy on the furniture.

The main living space opens out onto a balcony terrace – perfect for scenic breakfasts or over evening drinks. While there’s no private parking, a convenient public car park sits just opposite the property.
