The bustling harbour town of Looe, 3.5 miles, offers boutique shops, tempting eateries, another sandy beach, and opportunities for water sports, boat rides and sea safaris. For family adventures, head to Adrenalin Quarry, 6 miles, for thrills on zip-lines, go-karts and the aqua park, or visit Porfell Wildlife Park, 11.5 miles. The world-renowned Eden Project is just 24 miles away.
