Climb the three steps up to the front door of this end-of-terrace cottage, and, once inside, you’ll find a welcoming lounge/diner. Snuggle on the comfortable sofa in front of the Smart TV while the chef of the group cooks up a storm in the well-appointed kitchen. After dinner, break away to the cosy snug – the perfect place to curl up with a good book. Upstairs, you’ll find three delightful bedrooms comprised of a king-size bedroom with breathtaking coastal views over to Gower. There is a cosy double bedroom and an inviting single bedroom down the hallway. A family bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC completes this floor. From the kitchen, step outside into the side courtyard. From here, steep stone steps (with a handrail and lighting) lead up to the decked area – the perfect place to enjoy al fresco dining on balmy days. Step up again, and you’ll find an additional spot with seating for your guests. There is parking for one car outside the property; however, drivers of larger vehicles may find access difficult. Therefore, the property benefits from further parking available a short distance away.

Enjoy long leisurely strolls along the dog-friendly beach, just 1 mile away, and cool off with an ice-cream from one of the charming seaside shops. Pembrey Country Park, 3.5 miles away, features an adventure playground, crazy golf, Wales’s longest toboggan run and a dry ski/snowboarding slope. Enjoy a spot of retail therapy in Llanelli, 5 miles away – spend some time visiting the covered market followed by a trip to the art galleries and craft shops.
