Guests will have a private entrance to the apartment and shared outdoor space.

• Maximum occupancy is as shown on the listing. Additional guests are subject to $25/person/night and may result in cancellation without prior approval.

• Open flames (fireplaces, fire pits, etc.) require prior written approval.
• No parties, events, or large gatherings without written approval.
• Waterfront/dock use (if applicable) is at your own risk and may require an additional waiver.
• Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis with prior written approval. Please contact Sea Maine Vacation Rentals before booking or arrival to request approval. If approved, a non-refundable $200 pet fee applies. Pets brought to the property without prior written approval are considered unauthorized and may result in cancellation of your reservation, a minimum $500 unauthorized pet fee, and additional cleaning or damage charges. ADA-compliant service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable law.
