The Oceana 21 welcomes guests into a beautifully designed open-plan
living space with neat and modern finishes. The kitchen is fully
equipped with all your culinary needs and includes a stove, oven,
kettle, microwave, and a Nespresso machine. The kitchen island,
complete with seating, provides an inviting space to enjoy your
favourite meals. The lounge area offers a refined setting to relax and
unwind on a comfortable sofa, creating the perfect space to enjoy a
peaceful and inviting atmosphere. Step out of the lounge through glass
sliding doors onto a quaint undercover balcony with outdoor furniture
overlooking the sparkling blue swimming pool and lush greenery.
A cosy double bed, complemented by bedside tables, ensures a restful
night’s sleep. Opposite the bed, a television is positioned above a
small desk and chair, allowing for comfortable viewing from bed. The
bathroom is well-appointed with a basin, toilet, urinal, and a
generously sized walk-in shower.
Additionally, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the
lounge area, internet access, secure parking, and a washing machine and
dryer for your convenience. Guests also have access to two communal
swimming pools and a shared garden space, with all linen and towels
thoughtfully provided for the duration of your stay.

For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
Use of the swimming pool is at your own risk. For safety reasons, glass and sharp objects are not permitted in the pool area. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 13 Ingleside Road, Camps Bay, Cape Town, 8001.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
