Great property with plenty of room to spread out. Our only concern was the upstairs was hard to cool down - the uncovered skylights contribute a lot of heat to that upstairs during the day.Communication using both the VRBO app and the Vacasa app needs to be improved. I feel it would be better if I wasn't talking to a different person every single time I messaged using the app. It took many many messages to manage one small thing. And texting came from many different numbers once we checked in, as well as emails. I struggled to keep up with all of that while trying to be on vacation with my family.

In the very back of a long cul de sac, the house has a great floor plan with a balcony off each bedroom. Perfect for a family vacation. We hope to sign up for this home again!

What a great weekend in Sea Pines. The house was awesome. It had everything we needed and more! So much to do and enjoy in the area. We will definitely be back and would love to stay in this same house again. It was perfect for our family of 6!
