Walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and bars of Manzanitas – you’ll feel like you’ve stumbled into your own secluded, private getaway. A ramp at the front door, along with a host of accessibility features, such as a private bathroom off the main suite with a barrier-free roll-in shower with a teak bench and an ADA-height toilet, widened hallways and doors, hardwood floors, raised electrical outlets, low-threshold entries, and double outward-swinging french doors to the rear deck, will help those with mobility issues navigate the first floor, which features open-plan living and gorgeous modern decor.
The chef will love the kitchen, with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a five-burner gas stove, and all the gadgets and counter space they need to whip up a feast. Very quiet location, easy walk to the grocery store and the Library and Hoffman art center and garden. We loved the hot tub, and the kitchen even had a slow cooker that we used.

The house is lovingly decorated and furnished with high quality, comfortable pieces. Everything is new or like new condition, clean, uncluttered, and QUIET, despite its proximity to 101. An easy walk down hill to the shops, groceries, farmers market on Friday evening, out of the tsunami zone on a private wooded lot. (The uphill climb back was no problem for us, but others might choose to drive the short distance). We loved it! It was perfect for 2 adult couples and two older teens. Manzanita's vacation homes have gotten very expensive, but I have to say this one was worth every penny. 10 out of 10. Recommend!
