Sandprints C12 is a bright, second-floor, corner, two-story townhouse in the heart of Miramar Beach just minutes from Destin. Downstairs you'll find a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped and updated kitchen, a half bath, and a private balcony, perfect for morning coffee or an evening drink after a day in the sun. A “beach closet” is located right inside the entrance door which is stocked with beach gear.
Upstairs, you will find two bedroom suites which give everyone real privacy. The king bed has a Tempur-Pedic topper and the queen bed has a Tempur-Pedic mattress. Each suite has its own bathroom and balcony. A full-size washer and dryer sit conveniently between the bedrooms. The queen sleeper sofa in the living room is convenient for extra guests and because the downstairs has its own half bath it provides everything a guest needs to have a restful stay in their own space.

You're also close to parasailing, scuba diving, boat and jet ski rentals, fishing charters, and dolphin cruises. Silver Sands Outlets, a huge designer outlet center, is about 2.5 miles away. Destin Commons has 75+ shops and restaurants, plus interactive fountains kids love.
Snorkelers will enjoy Dolphin Reef, an artificial reef deployed in 2017 about 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Beach Access near Pompano Joe's, in 12 to 20 feet of water. Sea conditions can change quickly, so please use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device.

Very impressed with this condo. Great location. I text the host asking if they could possibly bring a mattress pad to go on top of the mattress of the pullout couch for my daughter. When we got back from dinner they had a brand new mattress pad in the box sitting on the chair right when we walked in. This is my second time using this company and I will definitely use them again. They did have some beach chairs already there and even a beach cart that we loaded our chairs up on and it made it so much easier to take all of our stuff to the beach.

We loved our girls trip here! Condo was spacious, nicely decorated. Location is awesome.

Owner was great with communication. Beds were comfortable with memory foam. The only negative thing we had was the older couple that were under us(I’m assuming they owned the place because they didn’t have parking papers in their vehicle) were very rude and would bang on the door if he thought we were walking too hard or too much. At one point he banged on our door at midnight scared my son and us to death and woke us up because he did not like how we parked. So if they happen to be there be aware. If they are not then you will have a great stay.
