Sleeping arrangements: one "queen-size" Tempur-Pedic bed and one "full-size" Tempur-Pedic sofa bed. Ideal for 2-3, but will sleep 4 comfortably.
Our affordable rates are in part because "AMENITY CARDS" ARE NOT AVAILABLE AND MAY NOT BE PURCHASED WITH THIS UNIT. Amenity cards are necessary to access restaurants, bars, pools, tennis courts, and golf courses on the island.

This is my eleventh year that my best friend and I have vacationed at Fripp Island, and this property is by far the best we’ve found. Clean, well stocked with anything we needed, convenient to beach access and our Host was the most friendly, and attentive owner we’ve ever dealt with. 10 out of 10 Loved our stay and will definitely be staying here again.
