If you’re out for a boating vacation, you’ll find marinas and boat rentals amid the lagoons and rivers of this picturesque area. At the same time, you’ll be able to enjoy the best of Harbor Town’s establishments including the Smith Stearns Tennis Academy, the Harbor Town Golf Links, and a wide selection of cafes and restaurants ready to serve you fresh coffee and freshly caught seafood. Dogs are welcome in this home.
The property is octagon-shaped and contains plenty of windows for amazing views of the surrounding marshland. The home comes equipped with amenities that include central AC and heating, a washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Please note E-bikes are not allowed.
Other Things to Note:
Please be aware that the Plantations and Condominium Complexes do not allow trailers, motor homes, motorcycles and/or recreational vehicles and rooftop cargo (i.e. Kayaks, Canoes etc.) other than car top Carriers. Electric bikes are not permitted in the Plantations.
Things to Know:
There is a $150 non-refundable pet fee per pet if you plan to bring a pet. Please let us know how many pets will be accompanying you so we can update your reservation accordingly.
A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed. No cats are permitted. But you may ask us to see if owners will allow.
