3rd floor unit with newer furniture and finishes. Well laid out but bathrooms have no door stops so dry wall shows the marks! Bed and couch not the most comfortable units. Features function well but no salt/pepper is lame!

Overall a great deal, the walk to the beach was much shorter than expected! Clean, well-stocked, quiet & safe location. Only complaints were that the keypad lock wouldn't work and therefore checking in was tough, the vertical blinds were broken and thus couldn't close the shade for more privacy, and a housekeeper (hopefully?) knocked and then unlocked the door to come in on my last day at 8am (checkout was at 10am). Other than those things, I would give it 5 stars!

Condo was as described. Fully furnished and comfortable. Dennis, the property manager had provided all relevant details (access code etc.) prior to arrival. There was a map of the property showing tennis courts, pools and beach access. We had no issues and we enjoyed our stay!
