Also on this first floor is a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, and microwave. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with a dining table, ideal for enjoying meals together. The living area provides a comfortable space to relax and unwind, complete with a TV for entertainment. Step out onto the patio or balcony to enjoy the Southern California sunshine. The second floor features two well-appointed bedrooms, 1 queen in one private room, and 2 singles in another fun and beachy room - both have their own full bathrooms. Ascending to the third and final floor you'll find the master bedroom, which offers a luxurious king-size bed as well as a deck with a fully equipped BBQ for your stay. Each bedroom is designed with comfort in mind, ensuring a restful night's sleep. All three full bathrooms are well-equipped, providing convenience and privacy for all guests. Please note: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The attached garage provides parking for one vehicle, and street parking is also available. Smoking is not permitted inside the townhouse. We kindly ask that you respect our quiet hours, typically from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This property is suitable for children and infants. Pets are not allowed.
