Great spot - next to a school so noisy during the day, but overall nice place

Upon arrival it looked like property was abandoned. Weeds 3-4 ft tall all around bldg. Only 1 key provided. Apt was worn - lots of stains on MBR carpet, dining table had water and other stains all over, freezer door wobbly, ice maker broken, dishwasher top rack broken, only one night stand in bedrooms with very small lamp, small lamps in main room so had to use bright ceiling lights in order to read. Heated floor in MB nice but ground fault in second bath. Bed was comfortable. Unit needs maintenance as well as outside.
