The Delos residence is located in the Argentière neighborhood, renowned for its large sandy beach and pine forest, where you can relax on the lush green grass. To the east of the beach is the starting point of the coastal trail, a 9-kilometer walk along the seashore to Fort de Brégançon in Bormes-les-Mimosas.
You’ll be able to get around entirely on foot. The beach and restaurants are nearby. Once you’ve parked your car at the residence, you can explore L’Argentière by bike or on foot.

Linens: not included. To lighten your luggage, we offer sheet and towel kits for rent. Be sure to reserve them with our team at least 48 hours before your arrival 🧺
Check-in & check-out:
Check-in: Keys must be picked up in person between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. during the off-season (4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. in the summer). We need to know your exact arrival time so we can welcome you properly ⏰
Check-out: must be between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. As a property management company managing several properties, our cleaning schedule is set in advance to ensure the property is clean for the next guests. The exact check-out time agreed upon with our team must be strictly adhered to.
Rules: This is a completely smoke-free property. Pets are not allowed 🚭
If the rental takes place during the winter season for a duration of more than 7 days, heating charges will be billed based on the meter reading
Information on the Security Deposit:
During your online booking, a simple bank pre-authorization (card hold) will be placed at the same time as your payment.
Rest assured: this is not a charge, but a temporary hold.
This hold covers:
€500 for the apartment security deposit (in case of property damage).
This amount will not be debited from your account. The pre-authorization will be automatically released at the end of your stay if everything is in order.
