About this apartment rental
Enjoy a relaxing stay in our lovingly renovated DEBSI vacation apartment in the quiet Westsiedlung neighborhood of the charming spa town of Bad Windsheim. Fully modernized and refurnished in early 2026, this apartment offers the perfect combination of comfort, relaxation, and Franconian charm.
The 60 m² apartment accommodates up to 5 people and features:
a cozy bedroom with a king-size double bed (180 × 200 cm) and a sleeper sofa
a modern bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower
a fully equipped, contemporary kitchen
a large living and dining room with a comfortable U-shaped sofa bed
The location is ideal for both relaxation and exploration:
just a 15-minute walk through the idyllic spa gardens to the Frankentherme
a 10-minute walk to the Franconian Open-Air Museum
a 10-minute walk to the historic old
A 20-minute walk to the golf course
The surrounding area also has a lot to offer:
You can reach Rothenburg ob der Tauber in just about 20 minutes by car
Nuremberg and Würzburg are each about 50 minutes away
the Franconian Lake District is about an hour away
Nestled in the Franconian Wine Paradise and surrounded by culinary highlights, the DEBSI vacation rental is the perfect starting point for connoisseurs, nature lovers, and those seeking peace and quiet.
Here, your relaxation is our top priority.
That’s why we’ve deliberately chosen not to offer Wi-Fi—to ensure a genuine break from everyday life, more peace and quiet, and mindful relaxation.
We look forward to welcoming you to your vacation rental in Middle Franconia!
