Ashtree Cottage is a modern barn conversion boasting a rural situation near the village of Ottringham, in the East Riding of Yorkshire. It comprises a king-size double bedroom and a shower room, sleeping two guests altogether. There is also a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a woodburning stove, whilst to the outside is off-road parking for two cars, along with a patio area and artificial lawn. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Ashtree Cottage offers a romantic escape to the country with all the delights of Hull and the coast nearby. Note: There is a £150 Good housekeeping bond. Note: This property has a Friday check in
The Neighborhood:
Ottringham is a village in the East Riding of Yorkshire. It is situated approximately 12 miles to the east of Hull city centre and 7 miles south-west of Withernsea. The small village centre is surrounded by arable farms as well as being home to a general store, a garage, two public houses and a post office. There are a number of activities held in the village throughout the year including the Handicraft and Produce Show in the summer and a village gala held in July. Withernsea is a popular seaside town which is the perfect location for a family break with a small sand and pebble beach boasting a grand tower-like entrance. You will also find Spurn Point which is fantastic for bird watching or why not try The Deep in Hull which is one of the most spectacular aquariums in the world . The city of Hull is within easy access with a wide variety of shops, pubs and restaurants to enjoy.
