About this house rental
Cocoonr agency offers this 145 m² house in Dogneville, which sleeps up to 8 people, to rent.
It comprises a 40 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, five bedrooms, a shower room and a 100 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 40 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- Open-plan kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedrooms 1 & 2: each with a double bed (140×190)
- A shower room
- Separate WC
First floor:
- A children's relaxation area on the landing (with table football, table tennis, children's pool table and board games)
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×190) and an adjoining WC
- Bedrooms 4 & 5: each with a single bed (90x200)
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A private, unenclosed 100 m² garden, with garden furniture
- A 50 m² south-east-facing terrace, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Dogneville, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Walks and hikes around the Moselle and the canal
- Discover the Place des Vosges, the Basilique Saint-Maurice and the Musée de l'image nearby
- Epinal aerodrome (aerial leisure activities)
- Tasting of local produce.
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (5 spaces).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Épinal, about 18 minutes by car
- Nearest airport: Épinal-Mirecourt, about 40 minutes away
To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this property is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (listing and booking management service) and Conciergerie Dyna (concierge and housekeeping service).
