The nautical-themed Non smoking apartment (36 sqm) (separate entrance) is in our family house on the ground floor with a terrace includes a separate bedroom, a bathroom with shower / toilet and hairdryer and a living room with integrated kitchen. This consists of a refrigerator, 2-burner stove, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker and a dishwasher. Furthermore, a dining table with chairs. The lounge area offers a pleasant sitting for everyone, a television and a stereo system. From here the terrace is accessible. The bedroom has a double bed (mattress 1,80 x 2,00 m) equipped and a wardrobe. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. Please note that the apartment may not be smoked. For this, please use the terrace. Pets can not be brought. You can park your car for free on my farm. Carefully maintained facilities, a quiet environment is created. Initial bed linen and towels are included in the price.
The 2003 newly built apartment is located in a quiet but still central location right on the edge and can be reached via a dirt road. To the fine sand beach is approximately 900 m. The station is about 5 Gehminutren. A grocery store and a bakery can be reached in about 2 minutes. The location of the apartment is an ideal starting point for hikes on foot and by bike as well as excursions by car, bus or the Usedomer Bäderbahn.
