Contemporary wooden house of 50 m², bright and perfectly arranged, offering all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay for up to 4 people.
• A living room with a fully equipped kitchen.
• Living room with nature view.
• Pellet stove for a warm atmosphere.
• Three terraces to enjoy the outdoors.
• Two cosy bedrooms for a relaxing stay, sheets, duvets, pillowcases provided.
- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed 160 cm, perfect for cozy nights.
- Bedroom 2: 2 modular beds 80 cm, to adapt to your needs (see photos).
- Travel cot + mattresses available to accommodate toddlers.
• Practical bathroom, modern shower, bath mat provided.
👉 PLEASE NOTE: Towels are not provided.
All windows are equipped with external venetian blinds, offering both effective shading and pleasant light modulation, while guaranteeing your privacy.
The bathroom is equipped with an internal roller blind
On the neighboring plot is my mother's house, the house you will occupy is on a totally independent plot of land and designed to guarantee your tranquility and privacy.
Before your departure two options for your comfort:
1. You take care of the cleaning:
you will need,
• Clean the refrigerator, microwave, stovetop.
• Empty the dishwasher and garbage cans.
• Clean the shower and toilet.
• Remove the sheets
• Vacuum.
2. We take care of it:
• Supplement of €45, to be specified at the time of booking and to be paid in cash on arrival.
Thus, you can fully enjoy your stay in complete serenity in this exceptional natural setting.
Perfect for a couple, a small family or 4 adults for a quiet stay close to the main sites and activities of the region.
