Casa Denai is a space designed for unwinding, enjoying yourself, and sharing experiences. Located within a private, secure, and peaceful neighborhood, the house offers a comfortable and relaxed experience, ideal for stays with family or friends.

It features four spacious bedrooms, all with walk-in closets and private bathrooms, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests. One of the bedrooms has three queen-size beds, and the other three each have two queen-size beds, easily accommodating large groups without sacrificing space or comfort.

The house is designed to be enjoyed both indoors and outdoors. The terrace features a spacious outdoor living and dining area, perfect for long after-dinner conversations or relaxing afternoons, while the interior includes a cozy living room, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen.

One of the biggest draws is the outdoor area, where you can enjoy the pool and a warm, heated jacuzzi, as well as a paddle tennis court that adds an active element to your stay. Everything is designed so you won’t have to leave and can truly unwind.

Its location in a residential area guarantees a very peaceful atmosphere, ideal for relaxation. It’s important to note that, according to the neighborhood regulations, loud music or noise is not permitted during the day and is strictly prohibited after midnight. In the event of a violation reported by neighbors or security, a fine may be imposed.

During your stay, the master bedroom remains locked and is not included among the available rooms. The rest of the house is fully accessible to guests.

The paddle tennis court is available during your stay; you just need to bring your own rackets and balls.
