The space

Located in an exclusive private residential complex of just 15 villas, this property sits in a unique setting on the coastline of Almuñécar, also very close to its historic center. Perched above one of the most beautiful beaches in the area—renowned for its crystal-clear waters and Blue Flag status—the villa stands out for its avant-garde architecture and open, natural design.

This spectacular southeast-facing villa offers 441 m² distributed over several levels, with spacious, modern areas designed to ensure maximum comfort and privacy in a privileged seafront setting.

On the main floor, there is a large open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen featuring high-end appliances. From here, you have direct access to the main terrace, where the infinity pool with a counter-current swimming system is located—perfect for both exercise and relaxation while enjoying the Mediterranean views.

The first floor houses the master bedroom, equipped with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with both bathtub and shower. From this room, you can access a pergola-covered terrace with stunning sea views. On the same floor, there is a second bedroom with a queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom, sea views, and direct access to the terrace.

The lower level includes two spacious guest bedrooms: one with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom, and another with a queen-size bed, also with an en-suite bathroom. This level also features a private gym equipped with Technogym machines, ideal for staying active during your stay.

The solarium floor offers a spectacular space dedicated to relaxation and disconnection, with a jacuzzi for four people and a Balinese bed, all accompanied by panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea.

Guest registration:

In accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021, all accommodations in Spain are required to register each guest and submit their information to the authorities. Therefore, before accessing the property, it will be necessary to complete a form with the guests’ details.

Security deposit:

A security deposit is required prior to the start of the stay. This amount is automatically and fully refunded within 24 to 72 hours after check-out, provided no damages or incidents are detected in the property.

Pets:

Pets are allowed as long as they are not classified as potentially dangerous, with a limit of one pet per property.

Unfortunately, cats are not allowed.
