Our Comfy space is the perfect place for couples or smaller groups of travelers who are looking to be closer to Camelback, Great Wolf, Kalahari & Casino in town. Or just to kick back and relax, enjoy the clean mountain air. You are walking distance to the Crossing Outlet. Close to all the action!

This apartment is located above a store called "Mountain Vaporz" that is offering all guests 10% off of any purchase! It is quiet and relaxing.
Master Bedroom: Queen Bed | Communal Room: Queen Futon Bed | Living Room: Queen Sofa Bed. There is a portable crib/playpen in bedroom closet along with a highchair.
We ask that you please use the protective sheets we provide over the futon if you are using it.
All furniture is brand new, and each bed is covered with a mattress protector.
Indoor amenities: TV stand with electric fireplace, 70" Roku Smart TV for theater feel, XBOX and board games, extra-large beanie bag (very comfortable!) TV in Master Bedroom. Please bring your own Xbox and PlayStation 4 games!!
Your safety and the safety of our home matters. This property features an exterior security camera.

NO SMOKING INSIDE. You are welcome to smoke whatever you want on the deck.
No extra guests, parties, or events $500 fee if broken.
No groups of young adults under the age of 21.
This will be your home during your stay so please help us keep it in good condition for the next guest. Please treat our home with respect. If we see that the property was not left to our standards (very messy) we will have to charge an extra cleaning fee
Please keep it tidy as you maintain your home by helping our cleaning staff in the order and leaving the garbage at the bottom of the stairs in the trash bin.
