    2500 for a non AC basic room at such location is too high. Staff were arrogant and don't cate about guest.

    Upon arrival, the hotel outright denied my check-in stating that they have raised a pricing dispute and asked me to contact Agoda. I was able to check-in only after paying the extra amount demanded by the hotel. Both the hotel and Agoda is at fault here due to the pricing dispute and asked a user I had to face consequences. If hotel has a problem with Agoda then they have to be de-listed from the platform. Agoda also should make sure that the customer doesn't face the consequences I had to face due to all this.
