Welcome to Casa Peroscalou, located on the hills above Roses, just 5 minutes from the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Brava.
This house sits on a fully enclosed and secure 400 m² plot and is spread over two levels. Access the first floor via an internal staircase, leading to a 25 m² living room with TV, Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and various utensils). Prepare your meals while enjoying stunning views of the Bay of Roses and the surrounding hills.
Next to the kitchen, a laundry room with washing machine, iron, and ironing board is at your disposal.
