This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, one-level cottage lives big, offering an easy, open layout ideal for couples, friends, or a relaxing girls’ getaway.
Start your mornings on the private covered porch, facing the trees, where a daybed swing invites you to sip coffee, chat, or ease into the day. In the evening, gather around the firepit under the stars for s’mores, laughter, and cozy conversation.

The Sunshine Cottage is beautiful, clean, decorated so lovely and has everything you need and so much more.Dawn, the host, is truly a pleasure to communicate with. She responds promptly to your messages and went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. I celebrated my 60th birthday while here and she had a birthday banner hanging up as we first walked in, a balloon and a welcome that included happy birthday wishes on a cute board in the kitchen.The Sunshine Cottage is also the owners Guest House, has a beautiful and touching story behind it. After building their dream beach home here in Seaside, they built the Guest House as their way to honor their daughter Hayley, who passed way unexpectedly at the age of 19. You can visit Hayley’s Garden there on the property. #belikehaleyI highly recommend anyone visiting Seabrook with a party of 4 to consider staying at the Sunshine Cottage. I know you will love it as much as we did. Thank you, Dawn, for welcoming us into your beautiful guest house. Our stay will be unforgettable and we’ll be back very soon!The Shaw’s

This cottage is an ideal getaway for anyone. It’s so nice that it is pet friendly too. Our host was in excellent communication at all times & the amenities were above & beyond our expectations. Can’t say enough about this gem!

We had such a wonderful stay at Sunshine Cottage. The decor is absolutely beautiful! It feels both luxurious and cozy at the same time, which made it perfect for relaxing with our family.Everything felt brand new and impeccably clean. You can tell the hosts put a lot of care into every detail. The home is fully stocked with not just the essentials, but so many thoughtful extras that made our stay even more comfortable and easy.It’s a great space for families and kids, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful, and it really shows throughout the entire experience.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, elevated getaway.

This is a fantastic vacation rental. One of the best we have ever stayed in and we have experienced many! So nice, new, clean and very comfortable for my husband and I and 2 of our daughters. It had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay and we are planning to come back and stay at Sunshine Cottage in August. 10/10
