Your cozy getaway awaits in Dallas at this marvelous home in the prestigious Lakewood community in East Dallas. The home including a king bed, two queen beds, and a futon + ample couch space + blow-up bed for up to 8-9 to sleep comfortably. Three full bathrooms + one half/powder bath downstairs add extra convenience for everyone in your group.
The upstairs living area features a comfortable couch bed, toys, foosball table, climbing gym and arcade games (golden tee)!
The home also has all amenities for entertaining that you could think off - a huge kitchen fridge, an extra garage fridge (full size for overflow or beverage storage) and an backyard mini fridge. The backyard is an entertainers PARADISE - with a gas-powered grill, heater lamps, wood-burning fireplace and outdoor TV for backyard moving nights. Kids can also take advantage of the trampoline and turfed play areas that are all fenced in and private.
The house has a huge 2 car garage that leads into the mudroom, where kids & adults can store jackets, shoes, purses, etc. There's also a utility washer & dryer available for usage in the laundry room, a sink within the laundry room for hand-washing, and a drying rack for those items not wanted to be machine dried.
The downstairs master bedroom has a HUGE walk-in bathroom attached, with a clawfoot tub, large steam shower and double vanity.
