With direct access to a private beach, the property boasts three sun-drenched terraces, a bubbling hot tub, and a grand piano for music enthusiasts. The residence includes a self-contained studio annexe, two ground-floor bedrooms and two super-king bedrooms with balconies upstairs each with its own en-suite, ensuring privacy and comfort. Additionally, the proximity to Aberdyfi's charming village, the majestic trails of Eryri/Snowdonia, and a plethora of local attractions adds to the allure of this location.
The main house features a spacious open-plan living area with contemporary decor, bathed in natural light thanks to the bi-fold doors that open onto the deck. The state-of-the-art kitchen is a culinary dream, adjacent to a cosy dining space. Evenings can be spent by the warmth of the wood burner, enjoying entertainment on the Smart TV, or hosting movie nights in the snug, equipped with blackout options for an authentic cinema experience. There are also two twin bedrooms on the ground floor, whilst the two super-king bedrooms with balconies are upstairs offering en-suite facilities, while the annexe provides a tranquil retreat with a double bed, lounge area with a Smart TV and an additional bathroom. Outdoor living is equally impressive, with a hot tub and loungers on the upper deck and a side deck furnished for al fresco gatherings.
