Welcome to Ivory Sands Sorrento, a beautifully styled coastal home tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac, perfectly designed for relaxed family getaways. Light-filled and inviting, this home blends a fresh, neutral palette with comfortable living spaces, creating an easy coastal feel just moments from everything Sorrento has to offer.
Ideal for families, the home offers generous accommodation with multiple living zones and thoughtful touches throughout. The kids will love their own dedicated retreat complete with TV, while adults can unwind by the cosy gas fireplace or enjoy time together across the home’s spacious indoor living areas.
Step outside and take your pick of two outdoor zones — an internal deck for more private, sheltered moments, and an external deck perfect for entertaining, dining and enjoying long summer evenings.
With a secure, gated yard, the property is pet-friendly by prior arrangement, making it a great option for the whole family to enjoy.

Set in a peaceful pocket of Sorrento, you’re just moments from local favourites including St Paul’s General Store for great coffee and fresh bread, Baked in Sorrento for delicious lunches and sweet treats, and the iconic Portsea Hotel. With beaches, walking tracks and Sorrento Village all within easy reach, Ivory Sands is the perfect base for your next coastal escape.
We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
Your booking is for the whole property. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.
Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
