On arrival, you’ll enter the welcoming hallway that branches off to the further ground-floor rooms. To the right is a fully equipped oak kitchen with sleek granite worktops, perfect for cooking up group meals and eating together at the wooden dining table. From here, access a cosy twin bedroom with garden access through French doors, a convenient wet room, and a utility space. To the left of the hallway is the spacious lounge with inviting sofas, a Smart TV, a DVD player and a charming feature fireplace. French doors from here open onto a large stone patio. Upstairs, you’ll find three stylish bedrooms – two king-size and one twin – alongside a refreshing family bathroom with a handy shower over the bath.
The garden is wonderful for relaxing as a group, whether you’re having evening drinks around the wooden table or cooking up a storm on the BBQ. It’s perfect for creating cherished moments together, surrounded by restorative countryside views.

- Dogs must be kept under control at all times around the working farm

- Private off-road parking for 2 cars
- Farm shop 350 metres, pub 2 miles, beach 3 miles
- Please note - cottage meets criteria for M1 access for guests with minor mobility needs
