The accommodation comfortably sleeps four in two bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it ideal for groups of friends or small families. You’ll be perfectly situated 2.5 miles from Beaminster, a foodie hotspot with great local amenities, and only 4 miles from the eclectic shops of Bridport. For beach lovers, West Bay’s sandy shores and harbour (5.5 miles) awaits, along with access to the South West Coast Path where you can embark on long, satisfying walks through gorgeous scenery. Other locations to explore nearby are Symondsbury Estate (5.5 miles) offering galleries and shops, and the iconic Colmer’s Hill (7 miles) which is a must-see if you appreciate a good view. Fossil hunters will love exploring the coastal gems of Charmouth (11.5 miles) and Lyme Regis (14.5 miles). With excellent road links, this quirky home is an ideal base for exploring Dorset.

The lounge is wonderful for unwinding, with its comfy chaise-end sofa and Smart TV. Head back into the hall to discover the first of two inviting bedrooms a double with direct garden access. Opposite, you’ll find the main bathroom featuring an elegant, curved, walk-in shower and a separate bath. From here, oak stairs lead up to the second, incredibly spacious super-king bedroom, which also opens out onto the garden and comes with its own en-suite shower room.
The property features a split-level enclosed garden with two patios, outdoor furniture and lawn areas for enjoying the fresh air together. Please note, there are unfenced drops, so extra care is needed when children are present.
