Upon entering the house through its welcoming front door, a hallway interconnects the main sitting room, dining area, kitchen, and a convenient cloakroom WC. The panelled sitting room, adorned with dual aspects, exudes brightness and openness thanks to its expansive windows and lofty ceilings. Sink into the comfort of plush sofas and armchairs arranged around coffee tables, complemented by two cosy electric flame effect fires and a generous 49" Smart TV. Wall speakers, compatible with Bluetooth or cable, enhance the entertainment experience, ideal for watching TV or movies. Accessible from the living room, a door leads directly to the garden patio and well-kept lawn.
