This stunning Grade-II listed thatched cottage is newly renovated and provides a cosy setting for a family of four and their beloved canine. Set within a prime location and only a few footsteps away from the glorious Trevaunance Cove, St Agnes makes for an idyllic setting in an area teeming with natural beauty.
Step into this picture-book holiday cottage and feel instantly at ease amongst charming exposed wooden beams, a thatched roof and a laidback atmosphere. Relax among homely furniture as you take a seat next to the roaring wood burner with a glass of bubbles. Crack open the nibbles and stretch out your legs while you find something to watch on the TV, and your pup discovers their snoozing spot on the rug. The kitchen is modern and ideal for creating your finest culinary dishes to suit every taste. Enjoy sunny evenings out on your lawn, where there is space for alfresco dining or the opportunity to marvel at the starlit sky before heading upstairs to one of two stylish bedrooms; one king-size and one twin room. The contemporary family shower room is also on this floor. When the sun rises, pop the kettle on and savour your morning coffee outdoors, along with pastries and the fresh seaside air.
