About this cottage rental
With exposed wooden beams and large windows that let natural light flow in, this airy property is the perfect venue for a memorable holiday with friends and loved ones. The open-plan living space features a lounge area with ample cosy seating, a wood burner and Smart TV. There is an additional seating area just off to the side of the lounge, where you can enjoy views of the garden while relaxing. A light-filled, contemporary kitchen sits at the other end of the barn, complete with a central island in the middle of the space, perfect for laying out tasty snacks and drinks. A dining area links the kitchen to the lounge. Three super-king-size bedrooms – one with en-suite bathroom and the other two offering en-suite shower rooms – can be made up as twins on request. Completing the layout of the property are a wet room and a utility room that is home to the washing machine.
Outside, you can truly revel in your idyllic and tranquil surroundings, enjoying the wonderful views of the fields and woodland beyond. An expansive lawn slopes down from the property, where little ones and canine companions can run around safely. Enjoy al fresco meals on the paved terrace using the BBQ or head to the second courtyard for a more sheltered spot. Private parking is available for three cars.

- 3 bedrooms – 3 super king-size zip-and-link beds (all beds can be made up as twins if requested when booking)
- 4 bathrooms – 1 en-suite bathroom with shower over the bath and WC, 2 en-suite shower rooms with shower and WC, and 1 wet room with walk-in shower and WC
- Rangemaster electric cooker, fridge, freezer and dishwasher
- Utility room adjacent to kitchen, with washing machine and microwave
- Travel cot and highchair provided
- Wood burner (first basket of logs provided. Further supplies may be purchased from the owner)
- Smart TV in lounge
- Table football plus a selection of games, toys and books
- Enclosed garden to the rear with a paved terrace, picnic table and BBQ
- Ample private parking for 3 cars
- Village shops and pub 1 / 1.5 miles; Roseland beaches 11 miles, north coast beaches 12 miles; St Mawes 15 miles; Newquay 12 miles.
- Well-behaved, house-trained dogs welcome – sorry no puppies or other pets
