Entering this spacious and airy cottage, the lounge/diner is an ideal space for everyone to sit back and unwind, with a Smart TV, sociable dining table, plenty of seating and French doors allowing plenty of light to stream in. The ground floor also has an airy, fully equipped kitchen perfect for rustling up your favourite family meals. Upstairs, you will find a refreshing family bathroom and three welcoming, cosy bedrooms: a cheery single with a low sloping ceiling, a charming double and a lovely king-size room which has a handy en-suite shower room. The French doors from the lounge lead outside to the large open garden which has a pretty lawn and a patio with outdoor furniture, providing a relaxing spot for everyone to sit out and dine alfresco on a sunny day.
The picturesque village of Wangford enjoys a convenient location close to the A12, making it a great base for discovering the glorious Suffolk countryside. The coast is just a short drive away, with the thriving seaside town of Southwold (3.5 miles) offering a range of great pubs and restaurants, as well as a lighthouse, pier and model boat pond. Local attractions include Southwold Maize Maze, the River Blyth and RSPB Minsmere, all within 10 miles.
