West Bexington offers a peaceful escape with captivating views of Chesil Beach's pebble swathes and a thriving nature reserve, making it a paradise for wildlife enthusiasts and beachgoers. The idyllic countryside surrounds feature rolling hills and charming villages, perfect for leisurely strolls while exploring some of Dorset's beloved attractions. Within a 5-mile radius, you'll find the ever-popular destinations of West Bay, Burton Bradstock, and the picturesque village of Abbotsbury, home to a swannery, subtropical gardens, and a family-friendly farm park. Venturing 10 miles to the southeast, you'll discover the timeless seaside charm of Weymouth, with its historic harbour, wide range of bars and eateries as well as a fine sandy beach and bustling promenade.
The gated private driveway leads to an entrance door, which opens into the contemporary kitchen. There is everything you need to prepare family meals here and space to enjoy them just next door in the spacious open plan dining room. From here you'll then find the light and bright triple aspect lounge. With a large picture window and wonderful views of the sea, this inviting space has comfortable sofas, a Smart TV and an office area should you wish to stay connected. A library lines the inner hallway before you reach the twin bedroom with adjacent shower room. Stairs rise to the first floor, where you'll find the remaining 3 bedrooms, all of which have some views of the sea and a bathroom with handheld shower over bath and WC.
Head outside via the patio doors in the lounge, where a flight of external steps will lead you down to a lawned garden that wraps around the property on three sides. Spend lazy afternoons relaxing with a BBQ or simply sit at the table and unwind with a lovely sea vista.
