This dream vacation villa, located in a quiet setting, leaves nothing to be desired.
The house is spread over two floors and features a lovely outdoor area.
The outdoor area is fully fenced and features a heated swimming pool, patio furniture, 6 lounge chairs, an outdoor kitchen, a barbecue area (electric grill), an outdoor shower, and private parking for 2 cars plus a garage space.
The raised first floor is accessible via a staircase from the parking area. From here, you have direct access to the pool area. The first floor consists of the entryway, a stylish living/dining room with a kitchen, a bedroom with an en suite bathroom, and a separate restroom.
An interior staircase leads to the villa’s first floor. Here, there are 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The hallway and one of the bedrooms provide access to a large, covered balcony with a sea view. There is also another smaller balcony.
