A little further (3 miles) lies Lowestoft, offering an award-winning beach and a selection of shops and eateries. From here, a direct train to Norwich (25 miles) unlocks even more culture and history in under an hour. Closer to home, the Norfolk Broads stretch out all around the property, offering endless opportunities for surfing, paddleboarding, hiking, biking and more. For a day on the water, head to Beccles (9.9 miles)) and launch your adventure along the beautiful River Waveney. The market and seaside town Southwold (14 miles) is worth a visit too
