Ideally located in central Saundersfoot, perfect for a family beach holiday and your own private car parking space. This lovely seaside village provides a great destination all year round. Sit on your very own patio and watch the world go by. Take a short stroll along The Strand into the village centre and sample the great selection of cafes, restaurants & shops or sit and watch the comings and goings of the working harbour.





ACCOMMODATION IS ALL ON GROUND FLOOR





Kitchen/Diner/Lounge: Electric oven/hob, fridge with icebox, microwave, table and chairs. Comfy sofa and chairs. TV with Freeview, DVD player, patio doors leading out to the beach front, patio with furniture.


Bathroom: Shower cubicle, wash hand basin and toilet.

Bedroom 2: Single bed.


Pets: No pets allowed.


Parking: Allocated parking for 1 car only


Heating: Under floor heating and electricity included.
