This thoughtfully styled property sits within a peaceful location in the pretty village of Docking and is bursting with character and charm. With an array of walking trails, long sandy beaches and many lovely villages to explore, this area is perfect for a group of nine and their canine companion to explore.
Let yourselves into this elegant, two-storey property and be instantly impressed by the delightful furnishings, spacious shared areas and remarkably high ceilings. In the large, well-equipped kitchen, cook up three-course meals and serve them up around the table, raising a glass to your holiday as you go. Keep warm on chilly evenings with the wood burner in the vast living room, or get your muscles fired up with a game of table tennis, table football, darts or pool in the much-loved games room. Inviting sofas beckon you to sink back in for a few peaceful moments with a bestseller before calling it a night and heading to one of four delightfully decorated bedrooms; two king-size rooms, a double, and a single bedroom. Alternatively, the mezzanine floor also has a twin for more handy sleeping arrangements.
The unspoilt beaches of Old Hunstanton and Wells-next-the-sea are both within a 12-mile drive of the property and offer soft sand dunes, impressive beach huts and excellent crabbing. Tuck into ice creams and classic fish and chips to experience a traditional day at the seaside. Stroll around the historic house of Holkham Hall (11 miles) to soak up rich landscapes, walled gardens and the chance to hire bikes to explore the pine forestry. Stay close to home with a visit down to the local watering hole for a pint of Norfolk's finest and a hearty pub lunch.
