The apartment opens onto an entrance hallway that leads to a bright living room with a splendid view of the Grand Canal and the Rialto Market. The space is harmoniously divided into a work area with a kitchenette and dining area, and a relaxation area with a sofa.
A walk-in closet, which can also be used as a single bed, and a bathroom with shower complete the floor.
On the upper level, there is a charming mezzanine with a double bed, as well as a small storage area; additional storage space is available on the floor below.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi.
