Warm and welcoming, this characterful property makes a fabulous base for families and friends seeking a seaside holiday home with plenty of space inside and out. Located within the grounds of a complex of properties, you will have the benefit of a beautiful sandy beach just 400 metres’ walk away, where you can play, stroll, paddle and picnic. Head into the village of High Newton-by-the-Sea (0.5 miles) for a choice of two popular pub/restaurants, one with its own micro-brewery. Play golf at nearby Dunstanburgh’s picturesque golf course (3.5 miles) which sits in the shadow of the ruins of the magnificent Dunstanburgh Castle (6 miles). To the north, Beadnell Bay (7 miles) is a popular spot with water sports enthusiasts. Nature lovers and birdwatchers will have plenty to see along the coast while enjoying an exhilarating beach walk south to Craster (6 miles). Perfect for exploring the Northumberland coast, the property is also ideal for day trips to Alnwick, Bamburgh, Seahouses and The Farne Islands, all within 11 miles.

Upstairs, you will have a choice of three charming bedrooms, all with characterful timber beams in high vaulted ceilings. You can choose between one pretty dual-aspect double rooms and one king-size room – one with an en-suite shower room, and a relaxing twin room.
