1) bathroom exhaust window did not have glasses in it, I had to put my book to block view. I was travelling with family
2) Online, the 2 rooms i had booked were shown as different online, I had paid more money online for the second room, but when I reached it was the same as the first one, misinformation.
3) bathroom was not clean on arrival, ehen I asked to clean, the staff came with Colin to clean it.
4) the owner was not courteous.
They could have run the place very well, but unfortunately they were not able to.
5) in the morning when we were leaving another guest lady fell, but the staff did nkt have thr basic first aid kid also l, they didn't even bother to get a Savlon or Dettol and cotton from any medical shop. They were least bothered.
I really wish the owner and staff work towards brining in a little professionalism.
