Ideally located for exploring the furthest reaches of West Cornwall, the delightful retreat offers welcoming accommodation for four guests and is a wonderful base for eager walkers, beach lovers, cyclists and nature spotters exploring the county''s breathtaking coastline. Featuring underfloor heating and a lovely south-facing balcony, this fresh and airy holiday home provides an ideal backdrop for guests exploring Land''s End and the Lizard.


A lift leads up to the first floor and then through into this delightful apartment where you will be greeted by the bright, spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. French doors allow plenty of light to stream into the coastal-themed lounge which has comfortable seating and a TV. There''s a cheery dining table to the side, perfect for sharing meals which you can cook in the fully equipped, neutral-shaded kitchen to the rear. When it''s time to turn in for the night, you will have a choice of two fresh and relaxing bedrooms: a lovely super-king-size room with a Smart TV and en-suite shower room, and a restful twin. The apartment also has a refreshing main bathroom. From the lounge, glass doors open onto a furnished south-facing balcony where you can sit back and enjoy some al fresco dining and take in the glorious sea views.


Praa Sands has a stunning white beach which stretches along for a serene mile, making it a lovely spot to relax in peace. Penzance (9.5 miles) and Land''s End (18 miles) are to the west, with St Ives to the north (13 miles). Local attractions include St Michael''s Mount, the Helston Railway, Poldark Mine and Flambards Theme Park, all within 10 miles.
