Located in a quiet residential area approximately a ten minutes walk from the breath-taking Glen Beach and the picturesque Saundersfoot harbour, Ty Merlyn offers an opportunity to explore the beauty of West Wales from a lovely seaside bungalow in the popular village of Saundersfoot. Ty Merlyn is a home away from home in a peaceful, family and dog friendly location with a private rear garden that's home to a variety of mature shrubs and flowers making it a wonderful setting for alfresco dining in fine weather. Uninterrupted views towards Swallow Tree Woods can be found here too giving it a very calm and relaxing feel so you can sit back and enjoy nature and some peace and quiet. Idyllic, charming and convenient, this semi-detached property has all the comforts and facilities to ensure you enjoy an easy, chilled short break or long holiday. It's the perfect escape where you can slow down and have a stress-free break and enjoy some quality time together.
With its award-winning sandy beach with shallow waters and nearby village facilities, and a fantastic choice of other stunning beaches close by such as Amroth Beach, Manorbier Beach and Barafundle Bay, Saundersfoot is the perfect base for your romantic, active, walking or beach family holiday. There's a great choice of pubs, restaurants and cafes here boasting menus that include some tasty local produce, and a variety of independent shops. For those keen on getting active, you may choose to go out and explore the area on bikes that you can rent from the harbour or have a go at paddle boarding or kayaking. Woodland trails and access to the stunning Pembrokeshire Coastal Path, where you'll come across some incredible scenery, are just a five minutes walk from your holiday home. Walk to the bustling Saundersfoot Beach, Wiseman’s Bridge and Amroth, or head south towards the colourful village of Tenby with its abundance of shops, restaurants and beautiful beaches. Famous family tourist attractions in Pembrokeshire that's sure to provide some exciting days out for everyone include Manor Wildlife Park, Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo, Bluestone Adventure Centre, and Heatherton World of Activities which are all just 10-20 minutes away by car. Ty Merlyn is in an ideal spot to discover all that Pembrokeshire has to offer.

- Bathroom: Large shower enclosure with electric shower, WC, sink, storage cupboard.
Outside: Spacious front and rear gardens laid to lawn with two patio areas, accessed via the side driveway or conservatory doors. Rear garden can be fully enclosed by driveway gates. Outdoor storage. Patio furniture will be supplied in summer months. Charcoal BBQ for use in summer months.
