"Fischers Fritze" Vacation Rental
Are you looking for a cozy and fully equipped place to relax, enjoy yourself, and unwind?
Then you’ve come to the right place! We warmly welcome you to our lovingly furnished vacation rental on the upper floor—your perfect retreat for relaxing days on the Wurster North Sea coast.
We live in the house ourselves and are always delighted to welcome friendly vacation guests.
Your vacation home at a glance
The entire upper floor is exclusively at your disposal and is accessible via a separate entrance—for maximum privacy and comfort.
Up to two parking spaces are available right next to the house—convenient, secure, and free of charge.
Look forward to a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom with a shower and toilet, and two cozy bedrooms:
- One bedroom with a spacious double bed (The Cabin)
- Another room with two single beds (The Berths)
For families with children, we’re happy to provide a crib and a high chair—so even the little ones feel right at home with us.
In the spacious living room, a comfortable couch area and a modern smart TV invite you to enjoy relaxing evenings.
The adjoining dining area with a large table offers plenty of space for shared meals and social gatherings.
A real highlight is the large balcony, which is accessible directly from the living room and offers a great view of our surrounding meadows and fields. Perfect for breakfast outdoors or reading a good book in the afternoon sun.
Please note:
For safety reasons, barbecuing is not permitted on the balcony—
However, after a brief discussion, we’d be happy to provide you with a designated area in our garden. Here, you can relax and unwind and enjoy the evening however you like.
Note regarding the cleaning fee and linens:
The cleaning fee already includes fresh bed linens and towels for all guests, which is why it is slightly higher—but this ensures that everything is prepared for your stay and you don’t have to worry about a thing.
Note on the visitor’s tax:
The municipality charges a mandatory visitor’s tax. It is paid in cash on site. The amount depends on the number of people and the length of your stay. Please note that this results in additional costs that are not included in the booking price.

Our vacation rental is located in Midlum on the Wurster North Sea coast, a quiet little village between Bremerhaven and Cuxhaven —perfectly situated for a variety of excursions to the neighboring towns. Whether it’s a mudflat hike, a harbor tour, a museum visit, a trip to the zoo, or a day at the beach—there are plenty of opportunities for exciting leisure activities here.
In Midlum itself, there is a small, cozy outdoor pool and a very nice fishing pond.
Ideal for cycling vacationers
The area around Midlum is perfect for long bike rides—through fields, along dikes, or right along the coast. You’re welcome to bring your bikes; storage is available.
Shopping Options
In Midlum itself, you’ll find a village store for everyday necessities, just a 5-minute walk away. Here you’ll find fresh rolls, cakes, ice cream, and much more.
Additional shopping options, such as Lidl, Aldi, Rewe, and Edeka, are available in the neighboring villages and are just a few minutes’ drive away.
There are also several farm stands nearby offering a wide selection of regional delicacies.
For a completely relaxing stay, we recommend traveling by car, as this will allow you to explore the surrounding area flexibly and comfortably.
