The villa is situated 350 meters above the Ionian Sea and offers a stunning south-facing panoramic view.
The sea, with its beautiful sandy beaches, is just a 10-minute drive away.
Shopping and taverns are just as close.
A secluded, private location on a 5,000-square-meter olive grove—the house, the pool, and the entire property are all yours!! The natural stone garden offers plenty of places to sit and lounge, as well as ample shade even in the height of summer.
The first floor features the kitchen, a spacious living room, a shower room, and access to the secluded garden terrace with the private pool and a covered dining area.
The master bedroom (king-size bed, separate toilet) is located on the first floor; its own south-facing sun terrace offers spectacular views of the sea and the mountains.
Two additional bedrooms are located on the garden level, accessible via an outdoor staircase. Here you’ll find one bedroom with a king-size bed and one bedroom with two single beds (90 × 200); both bedrooms have their own shower room with a toilet and ample storage space.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher.
All rooms have their own air conditioning.
Next to the pool terrace is a natural stone garden that invites you to relax under olive, lemon, and fig trees.
There is a spacious carport and an additional parking spot for a total of 2 cars.
The tap water and pool water come from a private spring and are of drinking water quality (with annual quality testing).
In addition to towels for the house, we also provide pool towels and beach towels with mats, as well as beach umbrellas.
