This luxurious private lower level space was just remodeled in 2021. It offers the perfect style and location for a weekend getaway Denver. There is a private entrance and easy no contact check-in. The master bedroom has a queen bed with en-suite bath.

We chose this location for proximity to nieces living near by.
The space is comfortable and cozy, although we could hear footsteps overhead and were woken by them.
The stairs are steep down to the basement apt, the side entrance gate is misaligned, and the yard you need to walk through is uneven, so if you have challenges negotiating that type of location, be aware.
My favorite amenities were the Nespresso coffee, and the 2 gigantic shower heads and large shower space with wonderful hot water!

The property was perfect, great neighborhood and an even greater host. All the amenities needed were available and was the perfect location for a 3 day trip. The house was beautiful and I loved how seamless check in and check out was. I’d gladly stay here again on our next visit!
