Coastal Manor features a bright and spacious open-concept layout connecting the living room, dining area, and kitchen—perfect for spending time together after a day of adventure.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a breakfast island, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

After a busy day at the parks, relax in the living room or step outside to enjoy your private pool.

The home also offers a 2-car garage and driveway parking.

Pool Heat

Pool heating is available for $35 + tax per day, with a 3-day minimum.

Please note that the attached spa is not a hot tub. It does not have jets and heats to the same temperature as the pool, with a maximum temperature of approximately 90°F.

The pool heating system uses heat exchange and may not operate when outdoor temperatures are below 50°F.

🔑 Guest Access

Guests have private access to the entire vacation home, including the private pool and outdoor area, as well as access to the Windsor Cay Resort amenities available to registered guests.

Important Windsor Cay Registration

After your reservation is confirmed and arrival instructions are provided, you will need to complete the required Windsor Cay community registration form through the link provided by our team.

This registration is required to receive the QR code needed for access to the community.

Please complete the registration before arrival to help ensure a smooth check-in.

🚗 Getting Around

A car is recommended for exploring Orlando and the surrounding area.

The home offers a 2-car garage plus driveway parking. Its location provides convenient access to theme parks, shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and other Central Florida attractions.

🍔 Grill Information

Grill availability varies by property.

If the grill at the home is locked or marked as unavailable, it is not available for guest use, as it may be the homeowner's personal grill.

If you would like a grill during your stay, we can help arrange a rental grill.

For grills available for guest use:

• Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill after use.
• Guests are responsible for replenishing propane if needed.
• A $50 cleaning charge may apply if the grill is left unclean.
